Introduction to the Study:
Welcome, friend. Over the next few days, we’re stepping into a devotional journey called “Daughter, Remember Who You Are.” This is a series for every woman who’s ever felt like she lost her name in the chaos, her worth in the struggle, or her voice in the noise.
Each post will center on a powerful truth about your identity in Jesus, rooted in scripture and real talk. You’ll find space to reflect, respond, and reclaim what God has always said about you.
Let’s walk together—and remember who you are.
Key Verse:
Isaiah 43:1 — "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine."
Truth Drop: You are not what happened to you. You are who He says you are.
Devotional: Your past may have shaped you, but it does not define you. The enemy loves to whisper old names over you—"unworthy," "damaged," "too much," "not enough." But when God calls you, He calls you by name. Not by your mistake. Not by your trauma. Not by your timeline.
He says, "You are Mine."
That’s not just comfort—that’s identity. That’s authority. That’s belonging.
When you accepted Christ, heaven did not stamp you with a probation label. You were fully claimed, fully covered, and fully loved. You are not earning a place at the table. You were born into royalty when you were reborn in Christ.
The question is: have you been living like you're still in the wilderness, when your name has already been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life?
Spiritual Mic Drop:
“You are not your trauma. You are not your timeline. You are His.”
Reflect + Respond: Take five minutes with a journal or the Notes app on your phone. Ask God: "What name have You called me that I've been ignoring?" Listen. Write it down. Sit in it. Say it out loud. And thank Him for it.
Final Reminder: You don’t have to hustle for what heaven has already spoken. Walk in your new name. The one He sealed with His love and called good before the world ever called you broken.
