Because our ministry relies on these annual commitments to plan, operate, and provide resources throughout the year, and because these are offered at a discount, annual membership payments are non-refundable once the membership term begins.
You may cancel your annual membership at any time to prevent it from renewing for another year. Cancellation does not end your current membership early. You will continue to have access to your paid membership benefits through the end of the annual term for which you have already paid.
We do not provide full or prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual membership, including when a member chooses to cancel before the end of the membership term.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, and you will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.
